Welcome to the kcs-models website where we aim to offer quality models at affordable prices.

We are a small family business, selling quality transport models at affordable prices. We are able   to do this by keeping our overheads to an absolute minimum.

At the moment we specialise in selling scale 1:76 and 1:24 models in the Exclusive First Editions (EFE) range, as manufactured by Gilbow (Holdings) Ltd.   In time we hope to expand our business to cover other manufacturers and other types of models.

If you don't find what you are looking for, please send an email to customer-services@kcs-models.co.uk with your requests and suggestions so that we can try to meet your future needs.

Occasionally, you might find us selling items on Ebay.   Any models that are offered for sale this way will also appear on this site on our Ebay page.

We aim to offer a first class service and welcome enquiries from customers overseas. We will ship to most destinations worldwide and in recent months have sent models to France, Australia, New Zealand, America and beyond.

Whilst we have endeavoured to include details of as many EFE items as possible, we can not guarantee that all the models that appear on our site are still available for purchase.  Where we know that a model is no longer available direct from the manufacturer, we have listed these in the archive pages.   As this section grows it may in time become a useful source of reference.

All models listed on any of the "New Releases", "EFE Wartime", "EFE Railway", "EFE Commercials", "EFE Bus and Coach" or "EFE Tube" pages were either in-stock when the manufacturers did their last stock check or have been released after that time.   Where it is known that a particular range only has a limited number of models available for purchase, these are shown in italics.

Please note that all prices on this site are exclusive of postage and packaging.  Our other pages give details of the postage, shipping and payment options that are available to you.

We have access to a range of EFE models that have not been made available to the public via a general release. You will not find these in any shops or on many web-sites.   These models are listed on the "Exclusive" page, and include buses from Hong Kong, UK and Australia.  In addition to buses, a number of trams are also available.

Any of the scale 1:76 models listed on these pages would make a great addition to any OO railway layout whether it be set in a bygone era, or in modern times.

Our models would make a great addition to any collection be it die cast models or a collection of British Model Buses.  They are also ideal for brithday presents, fathers days presents, christmas presents or other occasions.

Many of the models carry adverts and these, where appropriate, are ideal for promotional gifts.  Please contact us if we can help you with that special present.

We intend to expand this site to include details of past and present bus/coach fleets.  If you are associated with an operator/fleet and would like to see their details on these pages please send your information to webmaster@kcs-models.co.uk and we will endeavour to include this information on these pages.   We reserve the right to edit, as we feel apprpriate, any submissions that are received.
