Ordering

Before you place your order, please read our "postage" and "payment" pages to learn about the shipping and payments options available to you. If you see a model that you wish to purchase, please send an email to sales@kcs-models.co.uk and we will enquire about availability.

We will contact the manufacturer direct and confirm, by email an all inclusive price for the supply of the model(s) that you are interested in. If paying by Paypal, we will send you an electronic invoice for you to pay using Paypals'secure on-line systems.

If paying by cheque, please allow at least 10 working days for the cheque to clear before goods are dispatched.

Gilbow (Holdings) Ltd are continually adding to their EFE Calalogue through the issue of new releases. The "New Releases" page details forthcoming releases as announced by Gilbow. If you want to pre-order any of these models please email sales@kcs-models.co.uk and we will endeavor to obtain your item(s)for you.

As we carry no stock, these items will have been ordered especially for and we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid to secure the reservation. Once we have received your item we will contact you again and establish how you wish to pay for the balance. In the unlikely event that demand exceeds supply and we are unable to secure your item we will refund in full any deposits.

Do you want to be informed of new releases? if so, please email customer-services@kcs-models and ask to be placed on our mailing list. Each month we will then email you details of all forthcoming releases. There is no obligation to buy. Your details will not be passed on to anyone else.

Due to the extensive nature of the Exclusive First Editions Catalogue, it is not possible for us to keep each item in stock. If you see an item in either the "New Releases", "EFE Wartime", "EFE Railway", "EFE Commercials", "EFE Bus & Coach" or "EFE Tube" pages that you would like to buy please email sales@kcs-models.co.uk and we will enquire with Gilbow Holdings about availability.

Please note that prices on the "New Releases" or the various "EFE pages" are approximate and may be subject to slight changes by Gilbow. We will advise of the price payable, including postage,when we confirm availability.
