Before you place your order, please read our "postage" and "payment" pages to learn about the shipping and payments options available to you. If you see a model that you wish to purchase, please send an email to sales@kcs-models.co.uk and we will enquire about availability.

For non-EFE items we will confirm stock levels, for EFE items we will contact the manufacturer direct and confirm, by email an all inclusive price for the supply of the model(s) that you are interested in.

If paying by Paypal, we will send you an electronic invoice for you to pay using Paypals'secure on-line systems.

If paying by cheque, please allow at least 10 working days for the cheque to clear before goods are dispatched.

Gilbow (Holdings) Ltd are continually adding to their EFE Calalogue through the issue of new releases. The "New Releases" page details recent and forthcoming releases as announced by Gilbow. If you want to pre-order any of these models please email sales@kcs-models.co.uk and we will endeavor to obtain your item(s)for you. A small deposit of £5.00 will secure your order. In the unlikely event that demands outstrips supply and we are unable to obtain this model for you, we will refund your deposit.

Due to the extensive nature of the Exclusive First Editions Catalogue, it is not possible for us to keep each item in stock. If you see an item in either the "New Releases", "EFE Wartime", "EFE Railway", "EFE Commercials", "EFE Bus & Coach" or "EFE Tube" pages that you would like to buy please email sales@kcs-models.co.uk and we will enquire with Gilbow Holdings about availability.
